What is Cindicator?
Cindicator’s ultimate goal is to set up a decentralized intellectual technology that effectively implements the potential of Hybrid Intelligence for the benefit of all participants of the ecosystem. In the future, the technology strives to be fully automated; the only resource necessary for it to function will be the mental investment of sorts by the analysts.

ICO Alert: How does the token function within Cindicator and why is it important? Why is the token needed, versus selling access to the Hybrid Intelligence technology through fiat payment systems that everyone uses already?
Mike Brusov, CEO and Founder of Cindicator: The tokenized economy of the Cindicator ecosystem is the important part of Hybrid Intelligence technology. The issuance of our own infrastructure tokens is conditioned by the need to create an internal economy in the ecosystem that will establish transparent and fair relations and create long-term motivation among all participants comprising the following system: forecasters and financial analysts, traders, investors, data scientists, and the Cindicator team.
ICO Alert: For those not familiar with the industry Cindicator is a part of, what is the context of the intelligence as a service market for traditional finance and cryptocurrency trading? Who are the major players and why have they been successful?
Cindicator: Those are funds (hedge, venture, CTF), banks and traders. For example, Renaissance and BlackRock.
ICO Alert: One of the key points in the White Paper abstract mentions that analysts will be able to “monetize their intellectual assets.” What is this process and how will it take place?
Cindicator: Cindicator analysts perform analysis answering questions within our applications and earn points for each of their answers. The more accurate and valuable the answer for the ecosystem, the more points an analyst receives.
By the end of each month, we distribute CND tokens (acquired through buy-back from exchanges) between all analysts in proportion to their points.
ICO Alert: How far along is the hybrid intelligence infrastructure development, and when can CND token holders expect to have access to both an initial, and fully developed infrastructure?
Cindicator: We plan to provide access to our products initially starting from winter of 2018 and continue by 2019.
ICO Alert: There are a variety of different services providing indicators and various trading intelligence. What makes Cindicator so much better than the current options, especially for a market like a cryptocurrency that is so hard to predict and ever-changing?
Cindicator: The crypto market is very irrational and emotional. Classical tech-analysis approaches do not work anymore when alone. We combine strengths of statistic analysis and dynamics in expectations of financial analysts.
ICO Alert: How much testing has been done on the Hybrid Intelligence method used by the Cindicator project? Are their returns by investors that are publicly available that showcase the success of the models/methods/indicators that Cindicator utilizes?
Cindicator: We have run a public experiment with the Moscow Stock Exchange.
The collective mind included 863 people, independent of each other: 40% of participants have never made trades on the exchange before, and 60% had various investment experience. During the competition, the robot modeled 27 trades based on forecasts of participants, 17 of them being profitable. This resulted in a 2.8% increase in the model portfolio in currency during the experiment.
ICO Alert: In more detail, how is AI/Machine Learning used by Cindicator?
Cindicator: We have an ensemble of machine learning models that dynamically change weights of trust and corrections to analysts based on their accuracy. The ensemble consists of well-known (cleaning methods, clustering methods, linear regressions, bayesian models, xgboost on decision trees, genetic algorithms) and proprietary developed models.
ICO Alert: Will newer traders find value in the Cindicator project, or is the project targeting those with a lot of experience looking for this Hybrid intelligence technology? What will the USD price be for access?
Cindicator: We plan to create products for contributors with different levels of expertise.
The access will be provided only for the CND tokens. Their USD prices would be defined on exchanges by the free market and the value that our products will provide to it.
ICO Alert: As a non-Cindicator question we like to ask the team what they see for the ICO and cryptocurrency space in the future? Where will we be in five years from now?
Cindicator: We believe the ICO approach and crypto space, in general, will transform the current financial industry and our lives dramatically. We’re witnessing a shift in human values worldview to the new decentralized economy.
